Kerri Newman
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re grieving a loss, struggling with anxiety and self-doubt, adjusting to motherhood, or juggling the mental load of work and family. Maybe you feel exhausted but keep pushing forward, questioning if you’re doing enough. Perhaps your grief is more about the version of life you thought you’d have and all the changes you are experiencing. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a space to process, heal, and grow at your own pace.
Kerri provides a warm, compassionate space where you can be honest about the hard stuff—without judgment. She helps clients reclaim their sense of self, build resilience, and confidently navigate life’s challenges. For parents of teens, Kerri offers guidance in understanding and supporting your child’s emotional world while also helping you strengthen your connection with them.
Reaching out is a courageous step, and Kerri is here to walk this journey with you. Healing isn’t about forgetting or simply "moving on"—it’s about learning to live fully amidst change. If you're ready to explore what you are experiencing, redefine balance, and create space for yourself again, please reach out.
Kerri offers in-person sessions in Plano and virtual sessions. She works with teens (14+), young adults, and adults navigating:
