We at Wellspring Counseling understand how difficult the grieving process can be, especially when you’re navigating it on your own. That’s why, in addition to our family and individual grief counseling, we are hosting a 7-week Grief Support group. Find compassion, understanding, and support from your community with the help of our licensed counselors. In this group, you will learn how to navigate grief and manage the triggers and impact it has on your daily life. You will also learn how to create healthy outlets for your emotions, and how to plan for moving forward. Unpack your grief in a safe, supportive environment surrounded by those who are going through the same process.

Our Grief Support group aims to provide you with the support you need to push ahead in your journey, with the help of those who are recovering right alongside you. The Grief Support group will begin meeting every Sunday from March 2 until April 13 for a total of seven weeks. Sessions will be held from 5:00-6:30 PM at First United Methodist Church in Plano, TX. Enrollment for this group is free, and you can enroll via the FUMC website or by contacting Judith Reedy directly at the church.
